4. ARCHITECTURAL DIRECTION
Choose your architectural path – bring your own designer or collaborate with our recommended professionals. Thelo supports your unique design preferences throughout the process.
5. TRANSPARENT BUDGETING AND CONTRACT
Receive a clear, itemized budget and a comprehensive timeline from Thelo as we embark on constructing your new home.
6. DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION AND WARRANTY
